At LM4 Group, we know that impact is created in moments – the moments when people step up, come together, and give their energy to something bigger than themselves. That’s why being part of the recent TYMS (Tuilaepa Youth Mentoring Services) basketball fundraising event was so important to us.
The day wasn’t about logos, titles, or recognition. It was about young people having a space where they could shine, where community could rally behind them, and where sport became a vehicle for connection. Basketball was the medium, but the real win was seeing rangatahi laughing, competing, and believing in what’s possible.
Sponsoring this event aligns with our companies priority in supporting the growth and development of the next generation, to be the future leaders of our workforce.
This also gave our team a chance to lace up, get on the court, and play some good old basket ball. For our team, that’s what it’s all about: showing up wholeheartedly, backing people who are doing incredible work, and building relationships that last well beyond the final whistle.
What struck us most was the spirit of the day. It was grounded in fun, presense, and genuine care – the same principles we strive to carry into our own work. That alignment is what made our involvement feel so natural.
