How LM4 Group Closed Out 2025

This year, LM4 Group chose to do Christmas differently.

Rather than bringing everyone together for one large end of year function, each branch across Aotearoa was given the space to host their own celebration. The result was something far more meaningful than a single event. It allowed teams to connect in ways that felt natural, familiar, and true to who they are.

Because at the end of the day, the year is not only defined by what gets achieved, but by the people who carry it together.

Across the country, our teams paused to mark the close of 2025. There was laughter, singing, dancing, shared meals, and honest conversations. Moments that did not need to be planned or polished to matter. Just people showing up, appreciating one another, and acknowledging a year that asked a lot of them.

What stood out was not the format of the celebrations, but the feeling behind them. A sense of trust. A sense of pride. A shared understanding that everyone had played a part in getting through the year, in one way or another.

Across LM4 Group, Alignz Recruitment, and Oyonnx, that approach extends beyond our internal teams. It shapes how we work with clients, partners, and the wider communities we are part of. We believe strong businesses are built on strong relationships, and those relationships start from within.

As the year comes to a close, we carry forward the energy and connection that came from these celebrations. Not as a moment in time, but as a reminder of what matters as we head into the year ahead.

Here’s to the people behind the work, the moments that often go unseen, and to stepping into 2026 together.
